MIT RESOLVED THAT It is hereby.. determined that the public
interest and necessity, demands the, following improvement work, to - wit,:

southwesterly line of Hopper Street-,to the °northeasterly ,line of Wilson
Street.; and - that' Wilson Street be iinproved for 'the full width thereof
from the :northwesterly. line of. East "'D" Street to the -sout heasterly
