T012 being the time set for opening of bids for 'the purchase of. a
Ford automobile, the Clerk reported having ree'eve,d one bid and proceeded
to open and read said bid from the Sanderson Motor Company in the amount
of 0.473.65® On motion by Councilman ;V an Fiebber, seconded by Councilman
Ingerson the matter was taken under advisement until he ad,j- ourned me,e,t®
ing on.Friday evening.

The City AttorA6y brought up the matter of an agreement - between
the 14cliear co. and the City of Petaluma, wherein the 'City had agreed to
pay the annual rent of $50 ®00 for the, use of `a sewer acr_os's the lands
of the iuIcear Co,, which, .fee had been paid for a num of ydars and then
