Wilson St. Improvement' Resolution #3247 C.S i by Councilman Farrell, $e °eonded by Councilman Van Bebber, BE IT RESOLVED THAT it is hereby determined that the public interest and necessity demand the following" mprovement' work,: t that East "D" Street h:e improved for the full width thereof from the southwesterly line. Of Hopper , Street to the northeasterly line of "Nilson Street,; that Wilson Street be improved for the-full width thereof from the northwesterly line of East .Washington Street. to the south easterly 'City Zim fs;; that East Washington Street be improved for the full width thereof from the North- western Pacific Railroad Tracks to the northeasterly line of Wilson Street' in the following manner, to -wit: That said street's be graded to the official grade and paved with. hard surface pavement, guttered and curbed.
