The Clerk read the Mayor's call, for meeting and' the c'eYtificat;e of,
due personal service attached thereto. The call stated that'the
meeting was for-the purpose of introducing,a� ordinance to submit to. -;
the voters of the City of Petaluma a certain proposition' to incur a
bonded indebtednes to pay the cost of the acqui sition of, a . si for
and construction and completion of public municipal' and swimming'
tank; for 'the purpose of introducing an ordinance for the bonding of
the City "for the paving of East t ", St reet, 'Wilson Street and East
Washington, Street, and to authorize the Mayor to e n ter into an agree=
meat with 'Chris Beck fora right of way to make the proposed cut across
his property as :recommended by the, Arbitration Committee

Geo. B. Murphy reported-, stating that they believed $500.00 'to. be a
fair - -amount to reimburse Mr. Beck for his .land, whereupon
