Baker of two shelters on his property on Howard and.English Stte,e stating that,'Mr. Baker was violating the zoning ordinance in the erection of these buildings and asked that the City start proceedings to prosecute Mr. Baker. In view -of the that City .Attorney Hbwell had interpreted t he he z,oning, ordinance,, for Tdr. 'B&ke and believed, .that the erection of thase shelters was legal under the provisions of the. zoning ordinance, Mri Howell did not feel qualified to prosecute the case. _1dr-.
