REPORTS OF CITY OFFICERS_: Th:e C erk reported the filing of Affidavit of Publication re Notice of Application for franchi late City Engineer submitted estimate, plans and specifications for the improvement of West Street, from Walnut Street to Central Avenue, Filed, and Resolution x3313 C,..S. introduced by Councilman Jeasen, seconded by Councilman "Van Bebber, approving and adopting said plans and spec'ifications ,. adopted by 6 affirmative votes, 1 abs REPORTS OF STANDING GOD24ITTEES: The S treet Committee reported having interviewed property- OWners regarding the improvement of Copeland Street. Said Committee was granted further time in which to confer with said property - owners and bring in recommendations.
