ROLL CALL: Councilmen present: Tngerson, Jes Riewerts, Van Bebber and'Mayor Sales. Absent: Councilmen Farrell and. Glahn. The Clerk read the call for meeting and the certificate of personal service attached thereto. The call stated that the meeting was called for the purpose of considering and protesting the proposed wharf of J. A. Kenney. After considerable discussion,. Resolution #3379 C . S . intr.oduce.d by Councilman. Jess;en, seconded by Councilman Van Bebber, determining that the construction of said wharf as proposed will constitute a , menace to navigation and unreasonably and unduly obstruct the Petaluma River, and directing that the City Clerk forward a certified copy of the resolution to the War Department, adopted-by 5 affirmative votes, 2 absentee.
