PETITIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS:. Resolution #3433 C.S. introduced by Councilman Jessen, seconded by Councilman Van Bobber., direct- ing the City Engineer to amend the plans and specifications for the improvement of Madison & Vallejo Streets so as to provide for lateral sewers, adopted.by 7 affirmative votes. Mt.V ew Sewer: The Mt,.. View sewer project was continued until the. next meeting, the City Engineer to bring in plans and proposed percentages to be assessed to each zone. On motion by Councilman Jes:sen, seconded by Councilman: Farrell, the 'matter of repairing the pound at Kenilworth Park was referred to the Buildings and Grounds Committee with power.to• act. Counc han Ingerson reported that it is necessary to provide 'a car for the us of the Street Superintendent as he•is using his own car at the present time.
