against the City, whereupon

directing the Auditor to draw warrants against the various City Funds
in payment of claims allowed and approved by the Finance Committee,
adopted by 6 affirmative votes, l absentee.

directing the City Engineer to prepare plans•and specifications for

adopted by the City Council, said work to be done under the direction

The matter of making a new arrangement for•the collection of
