Regular meeting of the Council of the- C'ity.of Petaluma called to order
by Mayor Sales.

The minutes of the last regular meeting of December 5th were read and
approved as recorded.

The-Aua,tor - reported — the apportionment of money in the unapportioned
fund to the various funds entitled thereto.

Cre0k, was read, approved by the City Attorney and ordered posted.

Councilman Van Bebber; amending-Sectiori 42 of Ordinance No. 239 C.S. by
adding to said -sect-ion the. word .phr.enplogist, was read, approved by the
City Attorney and ordered posted.

District'.. the City Engineer And the Engineer of Work were sworn in and
testified. that the sewer improvement was necessary and that the property
owners within ithin the boundaries of the assessment district would be benefited
thereby9 whereupon
