Regular meeting of the Council of the City of Petaluma called to
Order by Mayor SaleTs.

Absent: Councilman Glahn.
READING OF THE JOURNAL:
The minutes of the last regular meeting of February 20th and the
adjourned meeting ofFebruary_23rd were read and approved as recorded.
REPORTS` OF CITY., OFFICIALS:

'City Wharfinger and Youndman were.read and filed.
REPORTS OF STANDING COMMITTEES:
The Finat6e Committee rendered its report of numerous claims against

The matter of placing driveways' at the corner of 3rd and B Sts..,.
the new location of the Shell Servic6 Stati,on,, was referred to the
Street,Gommi,ttee�With power to act. -The replacing of the curbs at the
old location 6n-'Western Avenue. and Main was referred to-'thea,Street
Superintendent.:
On motion 'by Councilman ,.Farre.1 1 1.,, seconded . by Councilman Van
Bobber, the Buildings and.Gr.ounds'Commi.tt was given power, to act
with regard to the-repair of the,dWellingat the.Sewer- and the
placing of necessary sewers to the.dwelling.at Kenilworth Park.
Gouncilman, Van Bebber reported that the prop.o•siti,on. of Prof.
Kenny. for a right-of way through his,; Street property-for a stand-
pipe f or the use of. the T e. ir pumpers,.. had, been. investigated and f ou''n"d to
be practical. .: However, as the Fire , Fund hag no available' funds with.
which to finance the
proposition_ they referred, .it .to the City Gouncil.
After discussion the matter was referred.back to the Fire Board to
bring in the necessary speci,ficati3Ohs.
The City Attorney and the. Buildings and.qrounds-Committee'were
authorized to. draw up an agreement with,.the tehant.,of - the sewer farm-,
regarding his oc.cupancy of the property,.
