ROLL CALL: councilmen present: Farrell, Pendleton, Ingerson, Jessen, Riewerts, Van Bebber and Mayor Sales. REPORTS OF CITY OFFICIALS:, 'The monthly r"epor s. of the Auditor and Treasurer; Police Judge; and City Wharfinger were read and filed.. REPORTS OF STANDING COMMT e Finance Comm ee rendered its report of numerous claims against the City, whereupon Resolution #3683 C.S. introduced by Councilman Van Bebber, seconded,by Gouncilman Jessen, directing the Auditor* to 'draw warrants against the. vaaii.ou.s City Funds in payment of claims'allowed and.approved by the Finance Committee, adopted by 7 affirmative votes. Tunii Parkway: The matter of accepting Tunzi Parkway as a public street was referrer to the Street Committee for investigation,.. The Chief `of Police was appointed a committee of one to bring in specifications for a motorcycle to be purchased for the., use of the Police Department. Attorney Howell reported th,e_ hearing of the Planning- Commission onithe'�Pe- zoning of the residential property of Barron and Caulfield stating that the matter was taken under advisement until April 10th, and that the chief objection to the. r_e.- -zoning. ,s,eemed to be the , fire hazard.. y Councilman, Ingerson.. reported on the, sewer, for I _G and. H Street`s, stating that the.pPoperty owners were .willing to give a,ri;ght of way but that.•,a question had arisen as to whether'"Mr. Roberts had. a, legal right to ,give .a right of way;. The matter was. referred to the Ctty Attorney for investigation and report 'at the::,,ne:xt meeting..
