NEW BUSINESS: Resolution #3713 C.S. introduced. by Councilman Jessen, seconded by Councilman_Van, Bobber directing the Auditor and Treasurer to transfer .from the General Fund to the Park Fund: ythe sum of $180.0.0 and from the General Fund to the Police Fund "the sum of.$2301.78, adopted by 1 affirmative votes. Olive St Sewer: This .being the time :set for opening bids for,the sewering of Olive St. the Clerk reported .having received two bids, one from J. B. Silva and the other from..J. W.
