REPORTS OF CITY .OFFICIALS: The monthly report of the Poundman was read and filed. The Clerk reported the filing of Affidavit of Publication of Notice to Bidders re official advertising. Vacation - police officers:Resolution #3732 C`.S. introduced by Counc.ilman.Riewerts, seconded by Councilman Ingerson, allowing the members'of the Police Dept. each a two weeks vacation on full pay, adopted by 5-affirmative votes, 2 absentees. Resolution #3733 C.S.. introduced by Councilman Jensen, seconded by Councilman Van Bebber, directing the Mayor to make, execute and deliver to Ester Mack a deed of conveyance of a 24 strip of land, erroneously deeded to the City some years ago, adopted 5 affirmative votes, 2 absentees. Mr. Zeeman­of Hotel Petaluma asked that the time limit for parking cars be extended on Kentucky Street as far as Mary Street.. Re- ferred to the Chief of Police for action. The matter of plans and specifications for the alley between Kentucky and Keller Streets and between Western Avenue and Proopect Street, was discussed and on motion by Councilman Jensen, seconded by , 2Y I I D 155 Councilman Riewerts, it was ordered that the plans and specifications be referred to the Street Committee and City Attorney for through investigation and recommendation.
