READING OF THE JOURNAL:

The City Engineer reported having interv.i,ewed Mr. Weber regarding
the operation of the -WaShingt;6n, Street, Bridge and he stated that Mr.
Weber 'di not wish to - submit plans and spec if i ca ti ons � f or the work.
The matter waz referred to the City Attorney for report.
