Mayor Glass confirmed that there was Council direction to staff to prepare an
item for the April 1, 2013 Regular City Council/PCDSA Meeting to appoint a
member to the Tree Advisory Committee to replace the member who is
expected to resign shortly. The appointee is to be chosen from the applicants for
the committee who were not appointed tonight.

connected via teleconference from Chicago. Item 4.13 was heard next:
B. Resolution 2013-028 N.C.S. Approving Second Amended Employment Agreement
for City Manager. (Brown)
Mayor Glass announced that Council Member Healy would be participating in
Item 4.11 via teleconference from his hotel room. Under the provisions of the
Brown Act, Government Code §54953, the following conditions will have been
met:
• The agenda has been posted at The Flats at Loyola Station, 1216 W. Arthur
Ave, Chicago, IL 60626, at least 72 hours prior to this meeting.
• The location at the The Flats at Loyola Station is accessible to the public.
• A quorum of the members of the Council participating in this meeting are at
a location(s) within the boundaries of the City.
• Any public present at the teleconference location may address the Council
during the Public Comment portions of the Council meeting.
