REP ORTS, OF- OFFI - CIALS
The City Engineer submitted plans and estimate for the re-modeling
of the City Corporation Yards for the purpose ofhousing some of the
fire apparatus. Filed.
The Clerk reported on the 31st,Annual Convention of the League
of California Municipalities.

Bridge St. storm sewer:
A committee of the Council as a whole was appointed to invo-stigate
the mat-ter of providing a-storm sewer on Bridge Street to furnish -an outlet
for water that was formerly taken care,of by the old creek channel.
Low water pressure- Howard St. hill,
The City AttOrney'reported having personally bbLilpd at the
office of the Railroad Commizsion and presented to them the matter
of water shorta the hill section.: He was assured? that the
matter would be given immediate attention by the Commission.
Uniform Building codd• :,
Councilman Sthluckebier:reported progress,on Uniform
Building Code and stated that Architect Brainerd Jones is studying
the -code as to its suitability to the needs of Petaluma.
Painting City Hall step.s.:.
The Building ilding and :Grounds Committee was authorized to have
the steps and hall of the City Hall Painted and also t'' o provide new
bulletin boards,• for the City Hall.
Merritt sewer
Mayor Farrell reported that the Merritt, s,;ewe.r had been
pr6vide:d with an outlet.
Do,g licenses:,
The licensing of dogs .was discused at length and referred
to the Finance Gom discussed ee for , recommendation.
