REPORTS OF STANDING COWTITTEES; 'The Finance Gommittee submit-ted•its report, whereupon Reaoluti.bfi #3942 C.S. introduced by Councilman Miller, seconded by Councilman Schluckebier, directing 'the Auditor to draw warrants against the various .City Funds in payment of claims allowed and approved by the Finance'Committ- ee., adopted by 6 affirmative votes., 1 absentee.
