Councilmen present: Ingeraon Mc'Fadden Miller.- Schluckebier,
Van Bobber and Mayor Farrell.

READING OF THE JOURNAL

REPORTS OF OFFICERS:
The month T y reports of the Auditor and Treasurer. - Police
Judge Poundman and City Wharfinger were road and filed.
The annual report of the Library Trustees was read and filed.
REPORTS OF' STANDING COMMITTEES:

Traffic Survey report:
The .Traffic Survey, -C.otmitt.ee.ropp.rt'ed, recommending - that 'a
portion of Levee Street be leveled off for the purpose of making a
free public parking place for automobiles. The. Committee was directed
to submit their' plans for this work to the Street.Committoe to proceed
with 0e work. The Trafflc,Survey Committee was granted further
time in which to solution to the
r traffic and parking problem.

The Mayor- on recent conference of the. Mayor.s
Association held at Santa Rosa.
The City reported having attended a recent meeting
of the representatives --of numerous cities 'held for the purpose of
organizing in order to have representation before the Railroad Commission
on matters relative' to:the utility companies.
The being ; meetin of the new fiscal year the
Mayor thanked the'City-•Council and officials for their 6o-operatI6

during the ,past year ands complimented them on the faithful performance
of 'their duties.
