Traffic Survey report: The .Traffic Survey, -C.otmitt.ee.ropp.rt'ed, recommending - that 'a portion of Levee Street be leveled off for the purpose of making a free public parking place for automobiles. The. Committee was directed to submit their' plans for this work to the Street.Committoe to proceed with 0e work.
