a free public Parking station. Councilman Ingers,on recommended
that in.-as as there is no traffic congestion at that

Repla of curb - Clark - property:
Attorney J. Hall Lewis addressed the Council .agaiii.
requesting that some action be taken toward thereplac6ment'of
curbing on the southeast Liberty And Washington Streets.
The matter was"referred to *the City Attorne7 for action. 'In
this connection the - Mayor appointed . a committee consisting of
Councilmen Miller, In . and SbhluckebieP t,6 :amend the.
present ordinance in regard to cutting of curb.
The matter of installing a basih and lavatory in the
bridgetenderts cabin on * "D" Street was referred. to the Buildings
and Grounds Committee with power to, act.
'The organization of an association of Northern California
cities for the,purpose of having suitable representation at All
ti-me's the.Railroad Commission was discussed and laid on
the table,.
