Ordinances Prefer'ence Home Labor:-
Councilman McFadden .reported .,having- studied the ordinances
received so far providing for home labor on a23 ' public contracts
and that the ordinance 6f , the City of-Los Angeles seems to be the'
best,',. Mrs. H. A. Warmoth addressed the Couiibid in support of the
Adoption of such an ordinance. No action `was taken pending further
consideration;
