cities. and secure copies, of ordinances relative. to this matter.

The City Clerk was directed to write to Mr. Ray Cole and
ask, him, to appear at the , -office of the City Attorney for the purpose
of drawing _ug.the necessary Agreement: for a right of way across
his property for the laying. of a sewer parallel to
