Re-Milk ordinance amendments*.
Mayor Farrell reported having recently. met with the. milk�

dealers and that certain amendments to the milk ordinance had been agreed
upon, Which.,were . satisfactory to both the dealers and City Officials..

Cole, easementt
Attorney Cromwell reported that the Cole agreement had been
drawn and was ready for signature. He was directed to secure the
sigriaturea of - Mr. and Mrs.4 Cole as soon as possible. In connection with
this sewer Councilman,Ingerson was asked to interview Mrs. Romwall Olifa----
who; claims. to be unable financially to connect her property to thl• sewers

Linda Vista. Proceedings:
The City Engineer reported having completed - his work on
the° Linda Vista. proceedings.. The City: Attorney .stated that papers
would be ready for the .next meeting of'. the City - Council.
Councilinan Riewerts. stated that he had had a request, from
'the'Park Commission for a donation of $150.00 to help defray the
cost of erecting bleachers at the baseball diamond at Kenilworth,
Park. Said request granted.
Agreement L. H Nishkian,•
City Attorney :Cromwell presented an agreement between the
City of Petaluma and L. H. Nlshkian whereupon
Resolution #4083 C.S..
introduced`by Councilman Riewerts 'seconded by CouncilmanL Schluckeb er,
directing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute said agreement, adopted
by 7 - affirmative, -votes..
Councilman Miller reported having learned that the matter."

Mr,. W41 L. ,Von Tagen . .. owner, of a sack factory- was present
and addressed the :City .Council regarding his recent application for
a building permit for the 'erection of a warehouse . His property `v
b.erng located in,the residential district he was directed to apply"
for the re-zoning.-of said property. -
