Mayor Farrell asked. Councilmen Inger&on and RieWerts. to .confer with City Attorney Cromwell in order that a written agreement may be prepared for the rental of a portion of the Seaver Farm to the Royal Tallow•and.Soap Company. Attorney Charles Clifford appeared before the Council proposing to examine the terms. of public utility franchise's with a view to obtaining increased payments therefrom, whereupon Resolution #4088 C.S. introduced by Councilman McFadden, seconded by Councilman Miller, authorizing the Mayor to, enter into an' agreement for and in behalf of the City with Charles- Clifford, adopted by 7 affirmative Votes . Mayor.
