PROCLAMATIONS • Domestic Violence Awareness Month - October 2018 • Fire Prevention Week Oct 7-13, 2018 • Children's Environmental Health Day - October 11, 2018 GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT During General Public Comment, the public is invited to make comments on items of public interest that are within the City Council's subject matter jurisdiction and that are not listed on the current agenda. Public comments are limited to three minutes per person. Depending on the number of persons wishing to address the Council, time will be allocated in equal shares totaling no more than twenty minutes. Please fill out a speaker card (available at the rear of the Council Chambers) and submit it to the City Clerk. Speaker cards for General Public Comment will not be accepted after the meeting begins. The Mayor will call on individuals whose names appear on the speaker cards. If more than three persons wish to address Council on the some topic, they are encouraged to select a spokesperson. Please be ready to step forward to the microphone as soon as the previous speaker has concluded his/her comments. (Cal. Gov't. Approval of Agenda for Regular City Council/PCDSA Meeting of Monday, October 15, 2018. 3. CONSENT CALENDAR A. Resolution Accepting Claims and Bills for August 2018. (Garberolio) Resolution Opposing Proposition 6: Voter Approval for Future Gas and Vehicle Taxes and 2017 Tax Repeal Initiative. (Brown) C. Resolution Authorizing Submittal of a Transportation for Clean Air Grant Application to the Bay Area Air Quality Management District for Route 24 Commuter Shuttle Service. (St. John/Hall) D. An Ordinance (Second Reading) Authorizing the City Manager to Execute all Documents Relating to the Assignment and/or Exercise of Option Agreement for Properties in Petaluma's First Time Homebuyer Program; the Transfer of Land to the Housing Land Trust of Sonoma County and Sale of the Improvements to a Qualified Buyer Subject to Affordability Restrictions; and an Affordability Agreement with the Housing Land Trust to Maintain the Property in Petaluma's First Time Homebuyer Program.
