Adjourned meeting of the Council of the City of Petaluma called
to order by Mayor Farrell.

bridge, read and filed.

at the new D Street bridge, read and.filed.
Communication.from the Sheet Metal Workers: International
Asaocia_ti,on recotmending .Frank Nick-son as building inspector of the
City of Petaluma, read and filed..
Petition from Mr. S'chlake for permission to construct a sewer
on Tenth Street near B Street, was read and filed. The matter was -
discussed and referred to the Street Committee with power to act,
the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for the proposed
work.

Councilman Van Bebber reported::having viewed the newINallace
Tract. and stated that the street -is built to city specifications and
is 'in fine shape with the exception of two instances where they _.
streiet has been torn up to _make sewer connections. He stated that
he would , recommend the acceptance of the street provided the above .
mentioned sections. be .put in proper shape. The City Engineer -,
was directed to look after the matter. ..
Councilman Van-Bebber also reported having investigated the
present dog ordinance and stated that'h'e believed the ordinance to
be sati except as to the fee and recommended that 1t be
amended to read P1.00 and $2.00, instead of $2 -.50 and $5"..00. 'The.=
matter was referred to the City Attorney to bring in the ne'cessary...-
amendment.
The City Engineer reported progress in the matter of. collect-
ing money for the improvement of Mt:.View Avenue.
Mayor- Far..rel•]_ thanked the members .of the Council and the
City Officials for attending the recent meeting of the North Bay
League of Municipalities.
