REPORTS OF SELECT •COMMITTEES o::unc lman•Ingerson-reported having called on the Royal Tallow and Soap Company regarding the maintenance of the sewer - sed b_y them and stated that he had notified them to keep. the sewer_ from being clogged with tallow or pay the cost of maintaining same.
