Tallow and Soap Company regarding the maintenance of the sewer - sed
b_y them and stated that he had notified them to keep. the sewer_
from being clogged with tallow or pay the cost of maintaining
same.

Ordinance No.. 399 'C'.S. introduced b.y Councilman I :on,
seconded by Councilman Riewerts, amending section 22 of Ordinance
No. '332 C.S. so as to provide for boulevard stops on Howgrd Street
a.t.ito intersection with, the northerly and southerly lines of
Western Avenue, came up- regularly ,arid was adopted by '5 affirmative .

Ordinance No- 400 C.'S". Introduced by Councilman Miller;
seconded by Councilman Riewerts., amending Ordinance No- 344 C..S.
entitled•' "An ordinanc °.e of the City of Petaluma establishing the fire
limits within said city,. providing for and describing restricted
districts,, and repealing all ordi.nance,s. and part`s of ordinances in
conflict herewith," by changing the term "Fire Limits" to the
term Fire 'Zone No,. 1; changing the terms "Restrricted District A"
and "Restricted District B" to Fire Zone No. 4; and establishing
fire zone, No. , 3 and describing the area thereof; and repealing
sections 4 and 5 of sad.d ordinance; and requiring compliance with
a building code, came up regularly and was adopted by 5 affirmative
votes, 2 absentees,.
