Mr: Garpdnter addressed the Council complaining of the
overflow of storm water on Stanley Street between, Baker and pham Streets
the water at times running the - ,property. of Nrl.. Carpenter and
doing aonsl1erdble dam age'. The matter was referred to the Street
Committee and Superint*ident' of Street&.

Attorney Cromvr ell- reported on the . gas rate hearing, stating.,
that. the ..Council of iSanta Rosa is. considering the_ matter at present
and that we would await it's decision.
Mr. Gould, : inspector on the D Street bridge, was present and
