ROLL. , CALL: P�resent.* C ouncilman Ingerson M cFadden, , - Mlller, I 1 9 1 Reverts - Schlu6keb Van Rebber and Mayor Farrel .9 The Clerk read the MayorJs call which stated that the meeting was f or the purpose of considering and acting upon any matters pertaining to the contract with Leibert & q?robock.for constriction of the b Street Bridgp,.,,and directing ng the 'Clerk to advertise for- bids for the offi.c1al advertising, of - the City of Petaluma, vi.he t6iolution #4186 C.S. introduced by Councilman McFadden, seconded by 'Councilman van Bebb directing the Clerk to advertise 'i,se for bids for the official Advertising of the City of Petaluma, adopted by 7' affi votes. The'Mayot reported that would be a delay -in the actual of the general contract for the construcktion of t_ he D Street 'bridjz6 because .the test of the main bearing required: by the. specifications 'had not yet - been, - made 6.- i-id he had to date be unable to obtain a definite atatement, from the Contractor as to When, it would be.made. After discussion It was the consensus of ollhiz,h that.'the recommendations- of the City Attorney be followed. Niohkian in the sum of $186;,.76 and Leibert and Trobock in the sum of $5000.00 adopted by 7 affirmative votes.
