Attorney Croriwell reported having received a communication
Flom the Loague of California Municipalities and an opinion regarding
the lie-ebsing of outside trucks,. He stated that it this opinion the
same-conclusions had been reached as he had formerly presented to the
City Council,.
MbL or Farrell called the attention �of the City Council, to
the fact that two members are needed for the Park Gommission and as
that the members give the matter their attention.

Mayor Farrell reported that the bridge at 2nd- and H Stroets
had collapsed and would. have to be repaired or replaced. it was the
consensus of opinion that repairs be made At as reasonable a figure as
