Public comments are limited to three minutes per person. Depending on the number of persons wishing to address the Council, time will be allocated in equal shares totaling no more than twenty minutes. Please fill out a speaker card (available at the rear of the Council Chambers) and submit it to the City Clerk. Speaker cards for General Public Comment will not be accepted after the meeting begins. The Mayor will call on individuals whose names appear on the speaker cards. If more than three persons wish to address Council on the same topic, they are encouraged to select a spokesperson. Please be ready to step forward to the microphone as soon as the previous speaker has concluded his/her comments. (Cal. Gov't. Resolution Accepting Completion of Work by the City's Weed Abatement Contractor and Authorizing the City Clerk to File a Notice of Completion with the Sonoma County Recorder's Office and Authorizing City Staff to Release the 10% Retention Fee for Services Performed by the City's Weed Abatement Contractor. (Alverde) Resolution Declaring the City Council's Intention to Form the Petaluma Tourism Improvement District and Giving Notice of the Time and Place of a Public Meeting and a Public Hearing on the Establishment of the District and the Levy of Assessments.
