Vol. XX, Page 3 Katherine Bobrowski, Little Woods Mobile Home Villas, Petaluma, spoke of problems at the mobile home park where she lives. Robert Conklin, Petaluma, spoke of the lack of affordable housing in Petaluma and the need for rent control. He encouraged Council to extend the 10% limit imposed by the State. Robert Hansen, Petaluma, spoke about the problems within the State family court system and a personal story about his family's struggles. Amber Szoboszlai, North Bay Organizing Project, Petaluma, spoke of high rents in Petaluma and lack of protection for renters. Erin Chmielewski, North Bay Organizing Project, Petaluma, encouraged Council to place the housing crisis on an upcoming agenda and problem -solve with other organizations. Terri Agbodike, North Bay Organizing Project, Petaluma, encouraged Council to include renters, and other members of the community in the City's decision-making process regarding addressing housing by creating a Renter's Commission.
