Brown Act, that 25 Council add an item to CLOSED SESSION as follows: 26 27 CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION: Significant exposure to litigation 28 pursuant to Paragraph (2) of subdivision (3) of Section 54956.0; One potential case. 29 30 He noted that there was a need to take action tonight regarding some of the extensive 31 information the City had received related to the Safeway Fuel Center appeal hearing and that 32 information came to the City's attention after this past Thursday, which is the last time the 33 agenda was updated. He explained that since the item will come off tonight's agenda, the public may comment on the item during GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT, but their testimony will not go into the record. No Speaker Card Submitted, Petaluma, lives a block and one-half away from Safeway and is opposed to the gas station.
