Linda Vista- Impv: Councilman Deisq brought up the need of street work in Linda Vista Subdivision and it was suggested the perhaps :the work might be d one as an SERA Projedt provided the property owners agree to pay the cost of materials. Town Clock: A lengthy discussinn.was had regarding the bids recently received on the removal of the 'town clock., theree being a differeme of opinion as to whether to re-adVertise for bids or to accept: the next, lowest bid, the. bid of Sffiith having` been declared illegALl by the City Attorney..-- It was suggested that a bond f or faithful performance be - required of the - aucce,8 , sftl , bidder. The matter was referred to the Cit- Attorney for further consideration. .The Valley Sower matter wa6 referred to the City Engineer, Street Superintendent and Street Commit-tee. ADJOURNMENT;.'
