REPORTS OF•STANDING CO e n.ance omm tee submitted its report, whereupon Resolution #4331 C:.S. introduced 'by Councilman Woodson, seconded by Councilman. Gervasoni, directing the Auditor to draw warrants (Nos. 861 to 940 inclusive) against the various City Funds in payment of :claims allowed and approved by the-Finance Committee, adopted' by 7 affirmative votes. PETITIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS: Letter from Consoer, Townsend, Older & .Quinl_an, re municipal ownership of water system, read and filed and referred to the Board of Public Works. a.
