directing the Auditor to draw warrants (Nos. 861 to 940 inclusive)
against the various City Funds in payment of :claims allowed and
approved by the-Finance Committee, adopted' by 7 affirmative votes.

municipal ownership of water system, read and filed and referred
to the Board of Public Works.
