The City Attorney Was of the. ,opinion that no percentages :could

be collected from such Corporations enjoying a Fran I chise prior to the
adoption of the New Charter, but stated that he would,go further into the
matter to satisfy the Council as to their legal rights in this "se.

the City:;., The matter was.refdrr6&.to the Buirldings', and Grounds Committee
to investigate and report backo.
I;t was decided not to,allow the Electric R e Y. to any more
sand =rock on its property Where it 'would be dragged out on the improved
street's by traffic during fret weather.
It was also decided to make temporary .-repairs to unimproved streets
running into Washington street in East Petaluma®
