Minutes of a Regular meeting of July 17th, were read and approved
as recorded. //

The Clerk presented affidavit of Publication and posting for

A protest was received from Property Owners fronting on Post Street
between - Western - Avenue and Dassit Streets objecting th the proposed
sewer thereon. On motion duly made and seconded the protest was allow
- -ed. Carried and so ordered.

establish �Le:sidence Districts in this City. The Attorney having proved.
same as to fora the Clerk was directed to have published according to
law.
Councilman lorr at the: raque °at. of the Barbe'r's 'Union presented
Ordinance for the Sunday closing of Barber Shops a.s there. was a decided
opposition to said ,Ordinance Mr. Tom :asked and was granted permission
to iithdraw same..

Councilman Young brought up'the matter of ins falling a traffic
guide a-t the corner of B and Third Streets. Superintendent of Streets
was directed to install one of the Walsh patent at that corner and also
to inatall.a Traffid 'Guide 'Sign at the same corner.

relative to furnishing the City rock for street purposes. '-"he matter
was Uiscuss.ed but no action was taken.
