#11 members present. Mayor Horwege presided.

dispensed with until the next meeting.

The report of the Finance Committee was reed, and same recommeded
for payment by'the•followin Resolution.

Introduced by '1EcCargar, Seconded by Young.
,Direct.ing the Audiot to draw warrants in favor of the
claims as submitted. by the FinandeL Committee.
Adopted by 7 affirmative votes.

Communication was received from the State Compe- nsation Insurance
,Company - relative to City earring Compensation Insurance. On motion
- chuly made.and sedonded same was laid on the table.

Introduced by Young and seconded by Gossage.
Sewer on Ellis Street from a point 8.0 feet from the
property line of Washington Street to the Center of Madison Street.

In the matter of closing a portion of Bllis Street as
described in Reloauti.on No. 2025 in reference thereto haveing

Mrs.Hattie 'Cavanaugh asked far relief from the overflow across her
property on Kentucky,Street. No action taken.
The High School asked for a culvert at'Ba.ssett and Sheldon Streit.
Ghe matter was diseussed� without action.
Councilman Young suggested the placing.of Slow Down Signs
in- Vicini - ty of School- housgs as a matter of safety - to Children.
On motion duly made and seconded the signs - were ordered placed.
Councilman Young brought up the matter of protecti?ag the
City: Oil Storage Tank. at the , O. 1. Plant. I't was decided to order
a car of fule oil to off set, the hydralic presure from the ground.
Mr. Dundon a war veteran applied for a free p4ddl3i licence.
,r Sumo was -denied.
ADJOURNMENT
On motion duly made and seconded the council adjourned.
