This meetin, eras called to order for the purpose of leasing to the -Presto Electric Company, also the repairing of building known as the "Foundry property" RESOLUTION NO, 2066,0.S. Introduced by Young, seconded by Allen. Be it resolved that the City of - eta'luma does hereby lease and. • let unto the Presto Electric - Company, those certain premises belong- ing to the said City of •e ?taluma- and known- as the foundry lot, and the buildings thereon for the term of twenty -five (25) years, with the privilege of ten (10) years extension at the annual rental of one (;1.00) dollar, said lease to begin on the lst day of June, 1917. Be 'it further 'resolved that the M ayor be, and he is hereby authorized to execute said lease in the name of the City of Petaluma. Adopted by six affirmative votes, one absent. RESOLUTION NO. 2&87, C. S. Introduced by k�lc:Cargar, seconded by - Young. Whereas the °buildings situate upon that certain lot belonging to the City of Petaluma, the said Iot being knovm as the foundry lot, are in. , n ee.d o f certain repairs Be it therefore resolved that the Fresto Electric Company, the lessees of said property,, be and they are hereby permitted to make said -repairs in a manner satisfactory to the Board of Public t °;orks, of the City of Petaluma the cost of makinb said repairs not to exceed the sum of One thousand (410.00) Dollars, and to be paid out of the 'xeneral.
