June 18, 1917.
Minutes of a regular meeting of the'City Council held June•
1�8t:h, 1917. 'All members present, excepting Councilman Healey. Mayor
Horwege presiding.
HEADING OF JOURNAL..
The readino of the journal was omitted until the next meeting.
NEW BUSINESS.
The City Clerk reported that the'Election Returns from all
the precincts for the General Municipal Election, held June 12th,
191`t, had been returned and receipted for and - same were ready to 'be
canvassed.
The Council then proceeded t.o canvass the returns in open
meeting, by opening and canvassing the returns, after which the
Clerk was directed to re -seal said packages. and keep them in the
vault in his office as required by law.

several claims as submitted by the Finance Committee.

Authorizing the Auditor to draw a warrant for $100 in
' of the Chairman of the Red Cross Committee, as a donation
for the iced Cross Fund.
