Communicatiin was read. from "UDe Martini requesting a transfer of the Saloon licence at No 138 Main Strett to Charles Tamagni. Same was granted as per resolution. RESOLUTION NO. C.S. Introduced by Healey, seconded by Young. Granting the request of DeMartini to transfer his Saloon licence to CharleB Adopted by six affermative votes, one absent. Councilman Young on behalf of the Fire Commisioners suggested thew doption of an ordinance who compels stores 0 warehouses and factox3rs to carry fire extinguishers for each ljc)o s , . ft. of floor space or less.
