The clerk and Auditor filed and read his report in reference to

Council NlcCargar, chairman of the Public Building and Grounds Com-
mittee reported progress in improvements in office of Chief of Police.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Auditor and he is hereby directed to
draw warrents in payment of the amounts of the several claims as ap-
proved by the Finance Committee, and the Auditor is also hereby directed
to draw a warrent on Park Bond Fund for the sum of $1000. in'favor of
F., H. T:Zyers , Treasurer. in payment of Park Bond 14,0. 7, and also 'draw . a
warrent on Park Bond Fund for the sum of 0350.00 in favor of F.H.14yers,
Treasurer in payment of interest past due on the Park Bonds unpaid.;
=and this resolution is the authority for the Auditor in so doing.

BE IT RESOLVED.. THAT. Resolution No. 2183 C.S. .passed; by this Council
at3ts meeting held on February 4th., 1918, be and the same is hereby.

And whereas . there has been no proper apportionment of the City funds
for the fiscal year,
BE IT SOLVED that the sum of $533.97 now in the Unapportioned Fund
be transfered to the following funds, to -wit;
Park Bond Fund '350.00
School Bond Fund ;140':;52 5
General Fund 43.:0
And this. resolution is -thy authority for the Auditor and Treasurer for
making such transfer.

BE IT'RESOLVED THAT the Supt.. of streets be and is hereby directed to
:make the required improvements in repairing road way of Second Street
to the box factory.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Auditor- be and he is hereby directed to dis-
pose of the Liberty Bonds now owned by the City of Petaluma, in such a-
mounts as are needed to carry on fje- :`business affairs of the City, to
Geo. McNear at the price and figure as heretofore. submitted by him,
and "that resolution No. 2184 be and the same is hereby rescinded.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT J. J..Bammerschlag of 167 -A Albion Ave.,. San Franci•
sco, Oii, f:, be, and he is hereby authorized, and permission is hereby
given to said J.J.Hammers.chlag., to re any and all old tin cans now
a,' "accumulated and piled up at the City Sewer Farm property of the City of
Petaluma, Calif.
For and in consideration of this permit he will pay to the City of
Petaluma upon the issueing of said permit by the City of Clerk the sum
of twenty five dollars ($25.00).
Said J.J.Hammerschlag shall take away all such tin cans as accum -..

ulate on said premises in such a manner as to leave the premises clean.
and free from such accumulation, and not obstruct the dumping of gar-
bage upon the premises.
This permission shall be good until revoked by resolution by the
City Council.

iff. J. Hickey for electric current used for.street lighting on Xentucky
St; be and the same are hereby ordered paid and the Auditor is hereby ft
directe'd to draw warrents for the game.

City Engineer Horwege read and filed a report of the Rock Crusher for
the six months ending December 31st, 1918.
The City Engineer was instructed to see that the side walks were
properly repaired.
A generii-I discussion was held as to Charter amendments and various
other City matters and there being no further business! on Motion duly
made and seconded the meeting adjourned.
