!Reading of .Minutes.
The minutes of the last' regular meeting field on march 18th, 1918,
were read and approved as recorded.
Reports of Officers.
Police Judge Torr's report read and filed, reported the following
amounts collected,to -wit; Fine.s 650..and fees to date $20. all of
which hats been. paid into the- City treasury.
I'oundmaster Armstrong's report read and filed.. The report showed
$2. fees collected which has been turned into the City'Treasury.
sold to.the amount of , $430. and powder sold to the amount of $29.19.
The Auditor read.and filed his report for the month of March,1918.
The report showed balance In treasury March lst, $6660.73 and $24000.
U.S.Bonds, dep.os.its for March $3626.16, warrants paid $5781.37, balance
in Treasury March 31st, 44505.52 and §2 U :,.bonds . V3000. , n� ving

The report also shows the balances in the various fund onMarch 31st
as follows to -wit

The City clerk verbally reported$ publication of resolution of in- -'
tent'io.n in the matter of Post Street sewer and that notices were posted
by the Sureet Superintendent, he also reported a Washington St Pond
due and payable ana that the treasurer has paid a §26. coupon for inter-
est on St. bond aria that ttiereli., in iNashinton St.
.Bond Fund to meet said payments of 0346. ana also .reported renewal of
fire insurance policy on Kenilworth Club house.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT it appears that there is a necessity of $325.00
being transfered to the Washington Street Bond Fund to pay the neces-
sary warrents to be drawn against said fund that the auditor and treas
carer are hereby authorized and directed.to transfer . from the General
Fund - to Washington St. Bond 'Fund the sum of $3251.00.

City 'Treasurer in payment of advanced freight paid on 2, car loads of
Sa nd and gravel•.
