The Clerk was instructed to notify 'secretary Ellsworth of the Pet- aluma Power and 4ater Co. and the manager of the Pacific Gas and Elec- txi -c Co. and the Manager or Supt of the :Telephone Co. to appear before the Council at its.ne.xt meeting iii rezerer;ce to the teZ.ri.Lhg oi` streets. Moveu and carried that the b'treet Uommittee call upon the Water Co. and see if arrangements can not be made for flushing sewers.
