READING OF JOURNAL.
The minutes of tree last regular meeting held on July,l.5th,1918
were read and approved as recorded.
REPO'RTu OF OFFICERS.
Police vudge Torr filed his report which °showed §31,7.50 c.ollec,ted
in fines . and 49.00 in fees, Total §32 °6.-50.
Pound 'Master Armstrong filed his report, which showed. the sum of 01,2.
collected for tees.
Wharfinger Studdert reported
to be 8474 tons, Exports 14.861
The Auditor filed his monthl;

There was a general discussion of "mendments to Chartet and also in
feference condition of sidewalks and the I treet Superintendent was
sbe , that dangereus places were repaired and his attention was directed
to severs.l placers.
The Clerk was instructed to notify 'secretary Ellsworth of the Pet-
aluma Power and 4ater Co. and the manager of the Pacific Gas and Elec-
txi -c Co. and the Manager or Supt of the :Telephone Co. to appear before
the Council at its.ne.xt meeting iii rezerer;ce to the teZ.ri.Lhg oi` streets.
Moveu and carried that the b'treet Uommittee call upon the Water Co.
and see if arrangements can not be made for flushing sewers.
There being ho further business on motion regularly made and carried
the meeting adjourned.
