The minutes of the last regular meeting held on the 5th day of Aug- ust 1918 read and approved as recorded. REPORTS OF ST__ND'I JG COTvMITTEES. The Finance Committee rendered its report on account's passed and al- 1 owed and the following resolution introdued by Councilman McCargar seconded by Council-man Sales, Resolution Jo. 2249 C. S. BE IT RESOLVED TH. -.T the Auditor be and is hereby directed to draw warrents in payment of several claims approved and allowed by the Finance Committee. Adopted by 7 affirmative votes. No noes. Yk±sJc Communication received from Pacififf Gas and Electric Co, City Attoorney Hall reported receipt of communication from the Pacif is Gas and Electric Co. JEW BUSINESS. In the matter of the communication of r. J. Lynch for rebate of liquor licence, the following resolution was introduced by Councilman Healey seconded by Councilman Young to —wit; Resolution Ito. 2250 C. S. Granting the application for rebate granted and Auditor directed to draw warrent for $50. in favor of Geo. A. Lynch, Executor of the estate of P. J. Lynch, deceased. Adopted by 7 affirmative votes. No noes. �s Representatives of the variou Public Utilities Companies were pre- as per request and their attention was called to Ordinance No. 24 C.S. and they were directed to hereafter comply with the same.
