Allen seconded by Councilman Sales, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Board of Park Commissioners be and they are hereby directed to advertise for bids for the purchase and removal of the Pavillion at Kenilworth Park and to dispose of the same to the hihe.st and best bidder; the said Board of Park Commissioners to re- serve. the right to reject any and all bidsa Adopted by 7 affirmative votes, no noes. Whereas the Chief of Police of the City of.Peta.luma has reported that one P. Cassabonne conducting a retail . saloon at the S.E.Corner of Western Av. and Kentucky street was arrested for violating section 37 of Ordinance No. 3 C. S. and iVEEREAS the said Cassabonne plead guilty of violating said Ordinance; BE IT TLEREFORE RESOLVED that the permit heretofore granted said Cassabonne for conducting of said business at said place be and the same is hereby revoked and. the License Collector be and he is hereby notified not to issue any license to said Cassabonne to condu.c.� said busine Said order to be in full force and effect on Oct,1,1918.
