Regular meeting of the Council of the City of Petaluma-,
Called to
order by H. S. Gossage, Mayor.
Mayor Gossage was called away on urgent business and Vice Pres-
ident Youno -
presided.

The minutes of the last regular meeting held on the 7th day of
October 1918, were read and approved as recorded.

City Attorney hall,.- reported on Creek improvement and that all nee-
essary rights of way had been secured.

The Finance Committee reported favorably on various bills and the

-following resolution introduced by Councilman Young seconded by Coun-
cilman Mc to-wit

BE- IT"RESOLVED THAT the Auditor be and he is hereby directed to draw
warrents against the various funds in payment of the several claims ap-
proved and allowed'byri the Finance' Commtttee.
Adopted by 6 affirmative votes,no noes, 1 absent.

to complete all contracts and make all. needed and ne arrainge-
ments for the rights of way along the line of improvement on Petaluma
Greek, and WHEREAS it was necessary for the said Mayor to enter into
an agreement with one Geo. W. Parker for the purchase of certain lands
