Regular Meeting of the Council of the City of-Petaluma, called
to order by H..S. Gossage, 2&yor.
Councilmen present "Men, Sales, McCarger, Stradling, Young and
Healey and Mayor Gossage .
BEADING OF JOURNAL.
The minutes of the last regular meeting held on the 21st day of
October 1918, were read and approved as recorded,

City Attorney Hall reported on Creek Improvement..
The report of Police Judge Torr showed fines and fees collected to
the ' amount . of 6111.00.
Pound Master Armstrong's report filed, showed. fees colleted amount -
ing to $16.25

The Auditors and Treasurers reii:orts were filed.

The finance committee rendred its report as to accounts approv-
ed against the various funds and offered the following resolution
introduced by Councilman Young seconded by Oouncilman MCCat towit;
Resolution No . 2264 C. S.
BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Auditor be and he is hereby directed to
dyad warrents against the various funds in payment of the several
claims approved and allowed by the Finance Committee.
Adopted by '7 affirmative votes. No noes.

BE I'' RESOLVED THAT Francis W. Hunt having complied with the law
concerning the operation of an.Auto stage within the City limits it
is ordered that a permit be and the same is hereby granted to said
