The min of the last regular meeting held.on the 6th day
of Jarivar�T_, 1919, were read and approved as recorded.
REPORTS OF OFFICERS
The Supt® of Streets Akers rendered a report of work done for
half of month and rendred a List of property o,rvners who have failed to
pay for cleaning side walks.

The Finance committee rendered its report of - accounts against
the City acted upon favoraby and o.f:fered the following re in-
troduc,ed by Councilman Young seconded by Councilman Healey, to -writ;
Resolution No. 2276 ,C C. S.
BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Auditor be and he is hereby directed to draw
wa.rrents against t?e various funds in. payment of the several claims
approved and alipwed by the Finance Committee.

filed. In his opinion the City wa not liable.

was, instructed to file a ��rritte.n complaint and the matter was set for
hearing at the neat regular meeting on rebraa.ry 3rd, 1919.

On motion the resignation bfPolice Officer B. H. Nlastin was accepted,.
It was moved and carried 'that the petition of the Chamber of Com-
rr:e'r.ce in reference to improving lain and Third Streets be retered to
the City ��ttorney� for a report as to methods by which the same can be
_--financed.
