The City Clerk reported that the General,hlunicipal.Dllection was held on June 10th, 1919 according to law as was also the Special Municipal Election on adoption of Franchise as passed by this Council for the Petaluma and Santa Rosam: Ry Co. and that ftsk all the returns from the varioua had been received and were on file and that the Council at this time propeddto make the official returns as required by law..
